The data that you have submitted (e.g. CV, references, certificates, photo, position you are interested in etc.) is collected, stored and processed exclusively for the handling and evaluation of your application. The employees responsible for recruitment are bound to confidentiality and data privacy in accordance with German law (� 5 BDSG). We will not pass your data on to a third party.

If necessary, we may contact you per telephone or e-mail during the examination of your application, should we require additional information and providing we have the relevant contact data.

Duration of data storage

Data that has been submitted to us will be stored and processed for the duration of the application process and deleted once the evaluation has been completed, should we no longer require it. If we decide that your profile may be interesting for us in the future, we will store your details for a period of 12 months, so that we can renew contact with you at a later date.

Right to inquire on data or request its deletion

You may inquire as to the nature of the data stored about yourself. Should you no longer wish your data to be stored by us, we will delete it immediately - before the standard storage and deletion time limits.
