Briefing:

. Task: To create a Facebook profile for the Mercedes-Benz Bank
. Core target group: Mercedes-Benz customers on Facebook and potential new customers and a generally younger target group, that becomes aware of the bank and its products via the profile
. Objective: The profile should present general information as well as the bank's services and products in a clear and entertaining manner

Realisation:

. The Facebook profile combines editorial contents with added value, apps, promotions and sweepstakes
. The profile is made up of a netiquette, a timeline initially filled with historical milestones and a social media guideline including response-flow charts
. The conception, design and implementation of brief explanatory videos and different Facebook applications, including the "run onto the pitch with the VfB stars" sweepstakes, which gives children the opportunity to run into the stadium with their VfB stars
. The profile serves as a communication and dialogue platform. The bank's site is approachable, pleasant, professional and competent

Design:

. An own visual design in paper-look has been designed for the site; it is also implemented in the explanatory videos
