. Illustrate the central idea with all of its aspects
. Visualise complex and abstract topics and interrelations
. Stimulate interest in strategy issues amongst employees
. Boost employees‘ identification with the company

Realisation:

. Develop a didactic creative concept
. Clear, modular structure of information
. Intuitive navigation elements
. High usability at all levels
. Reduce information to the essential elements, without leaving out relevant details
. Concrete links to practice, create a feeling of emotional closeness to the overall topic

Design:

. The issues are largely presented graphically
. Creation of accessible key visuals
. Regular updating of contents and news to engage users
. Feedback loops make it possible for users to generate content
. Quiz modules ensure that users are more intensively involved with the topics

Special:

. The portal was developed and will be expanded to all 250,000 Daimler employees worldwide
