Under the "Help Santa - and bring joy to others" motto, Coca-Cola inspired users with its annual Christmas campaign to make a wish for others. And the whole process was made really easy for users. They had the option of personalising ready-made wishes, thus only requiring a minimal effort to get involved. And this approach paid off, with more than 100,000 wishes submitted to Coke within the 6-week campaign period. As special highlight, a S&V team put their heart and soul into making selected wishes come true, which was documented per camera.
